Alice "Faye" Cole

Alice “Faye” Cole , 74, of Blytheville passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.

She was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia to James and Alice Gooden on June 15, 1945.

Alice loved flowers and was often referred to as a “brown thumb” instead of a “green thumb”. She enjoyed crocheting, baking, reading books to the children, and loved to sing. She was also a collector of beautiful porcelain dolls.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Sue Bealle; and her brother James Gooden.

She is survived by her loving husband Keith Cole ; and one daughter Susan Cole.

Two Grandchildren: Zayvion Cole and Kingston Cole; three sisters: Barbara Hamilton; Linda Freeman; and Camilla Hornbeck; four brothers: Frank Gooden; Darrell Gooden; David Gooden and Timothy Gooden.

She also leaves behind nieces and nephews and many others who loved her dearly.

Visitation will be on Wednesday September 18th from 5-7:30p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Blytheville.

Funeral services will be Thursday, September 19th with Mike Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Marked Tree Cemetery.
