Aurelious "Tray" Burdin, 15, of Blytheville, died Saturday, July 15 at Great River Medical Center. He was born October 7, 1994, the eighth child of Brenda Williams. His father was Aurelious Fennell and he was the grandson of Billy Burdin.
Tray joined the church at an early age, and he was a student at Blytheville Charter School. He enjoyed all the activities that most teenagers like to do such as swimming, skating, drawing, walking, playing laser tag, going to the movies, and dancing. He especially enjoyed having fun with his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother, Brenda Williams of Blytheville;
his father, Aurelious Fennell of Blytheville;
five brothers: Jason Burdin of Blytheville, Jeffery Burdin of Lawton, OK, Jamie Burdin of Hayti, MO, Robert Williams of Dyersburg, TN, and Nicholas Fennell of Blytheville;
five sisters: Jennifer Williams, Aurelia Williams, Jessica Williams all of Blytheville, Adrian Fennell of Jonesboro, AR, and Kizzy Harvay of TX;
his grandfather, Billy Burdin of Rector, AR
fifteen nieces and nephews;
and a host of family and friends, including his two best friends: Robert Lewis, Jr. and Daniel Robinson.
Visitation will be Friday from 4PM until 7PM at Carney Funeral Home, 1501 Byrum Rd in Blytheville.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 24th at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1630 West St.
Burial will be in Carney Cemetery, next to the funeral home.
