Bertha Winter Obituary
Bertha Winter, 77, of Gosnell passed away on Sunday at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Tomato Arkansas to Thomas and Lena Belle Holt on March 14, 1942. She was a member of Ruddle Road Church of God.
Her hobbies included fishing, yardwork, and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jasper Winter; one son, Michael Winter; one grandson, Christopher Morris; and one great-granddaughter, Kyleigh Soto.
She is survived by one son, Billy and Donna Winter of Springdale AR; three daughters: Linda Hostelttler of Gosnell, Donna and Dewayne Morris of Azle TX, and Brenda Darty of Paragould AR; a grandson that she helped raise, Billy Winter, Jr.; and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her best friend, Judy Klinger; and her pets: Katie, Sissy, Abby, and Roscoe.
The family would like to thank Unity Hospice for their care and compassion for their loved one.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 12th, 1:00 p.m. at Carney Funeral Home in Blytheville with Bro Danny Pankey officiating. Visitation will be Friday 11:00-1:00. Burial will be in Carney Cemetery.
