Casey Lynn Horner, 53, of Blytheville passed away at his home on Friday, April 7, 2023. He was born in Blytheville on June 13, 1969, to Howard Lynn Horner and Linda Kay Riggs Horner. He was a lifelong resident of Blytheville. He was a Blytheville high school graduate.
Casey worked at Maverick Tube steel mill and an auto parts store. He loved cars and loved racing cars. He was proud of his yellow Corvette. He also enjoyed bass fishing on Reel foot lake and his friend’s private lake.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Kay Riggs Floyd.
Casey is survived by his father and stepmother, Howard and Marilynn Horner, of Hot Springs, AR., three brothers: Scott Allan and Mandy Horner, of Star City AR; Jerry Floyd, Jr. of Blytheville, AR, and Chad Horner of Phoenix, AZ; three step-sisters: Lynn (Steve) Phipps of Tacoma, WA; Donna (Russell) Lenners of Jacksonville, AR; Rachael (Michael) Sita of Seattle, WA; a special friend, Jena Mann of Blytheville, AR; and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly.
Graveside services will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Blytheville, Arkansas, on April 14, 2023, at 2 pm with Bro. Jeff Miles officiating. Carney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be offered at carneyfuneralhome.com.
