Cindy Renae Williams Bass, 57, of Blytheville passed away Friday morning at home. She was born to Morris Elbert and Hazel Pauline Jewell Williams on September 23, 1958 in Turrell Arkansas.
Her family says she was a very out spoken person, very strong willed, a little firecracker! She also had a softer side and enjoyed writing poems and being near water which she found very relaxing. She was a good cook - she could make something out of nothing and it turned out delicious! She liked to fish and every year the first fish she caught was a flathead catfish. She was a compassionate and caring mother and grandmother who loved her family more than anything.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Jason Scott Jones, Jr.; one brother, David Williams; and one sister, Sonya Marie Williams.
She is survived by her four children: Jason Scott Jones, Sr. and Sandra, of Blytheville, Jerry Justin Jones and Amanda of Gosnell, Joshua Shawn Jones and Tasha of Marked Tree, and Jami Renae Freeman-Ford and Curtis of Gosnell;
15 grandchildren: Storm Jones, Destiny Jones, Dustin Jones, Haley Jones, Skyler Chilton, Hannah Chilton, Thomas Chilton, Trevlyn Cloud, Dallas Cloud, Shawn Jones, Katrina Jones, Samantha Green, Kalaisha Freeman, Christopher Blake Richards, and Ashley Michelle Richards;
Two brothers: Michael Williams and Robert Halford, both of Kentucky;
Two sisters: Linda Long and Larry of Kentucky and Rebecca Halford of Osceola AR;
Her significant other: Stanley Green;
And other friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be at Carney Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, December 20th, 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Danny Pankey officiating. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00.
