Doff Lee Elliott, 83, of Blytheville passed away at his home with his family by his side. He was born in Potts Camp MS to Doc Elliott and Nellie Moore Elliott on June 24, 1934. He was of the Catholic faith.
He was a contractor by trade. He was an outdoorsman, especially loved to fish. He had an odd sense of humor, but was a very funny person. He loved animals. His daughter, Nancy, has memories of picking blueberries with him when she was a child. He was loved by a lot of people and had a lot of friends. He was a good person.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Stephanie Elliott; his children: Kathleen Gordon, Donna Sawyer, and Michael Elliott.
He is survived by his daughter, Nancy (James) Zawada, of Belpre OH 45714;
Grandchildren: Steven Zawada of Chicago IL, Elizabeth Zawada and Jennifer Zawada, both of Belpre OH, Dylan Gordon of Little Hocking OH, Brian Sawyer of Coolville OH, and Gregory Sawyer of Little Hocking OH.
Great-Grandchildren: Nicole Zawada of Belpre OH, Jazmine Zawada, Izabella Zawada, and Joanna Zawada of Chicago IL, Lucas Sawyer and Molly Sawyer of Little Hocking OH, Lee and Avery Sawyer of Coolville OH.
