Edna Stromire

Mrs. Eunice "Edna" Narx Stromire, 82, of Blytheville, went to be with the Lord on August 13, 2012. She was born in Blytheville, the daughter of George Washington Narx and Immer Mae Friar.

After working for 13 years at the Courier News and 16 years for the water Company, she was a self-employed property manager.

Until her illness, Mrs. Stromire was an active member of New Liberty Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson: Scott Wesley Stromire, two sisters: Agnes Jackson and Marguerite Shipp, and one brother: Gene Narx.

She is survived by one son: Steve Stromire, and his wife Julie of Blythevile;

Two grandsons: Josh Stromire of Rector, AR and Casey Stromire and his wife Gloria of Blytheville.

One great-granddaughter: Chandlor Stromire of Blytheville, and

a niece and several nephews.

A Graveside service will be held tomorrow at 10:00 at Maple Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
