Elijah Chayil Cook, 3 months, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. He was born August 21, 2012 to Ashley Nichole Cook and Gary Lynn Cook, Jr. of Jonesboro, AR.
He was a bundle of joy, not only to his parents, but for anyone he was around. He was a beautiful child and everyone who saw him wanted to hold him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by:
three brothers: Gary Cook III of Greenville, Mississippi , Shalom Cook of Blytheville, and Sadarious Cook of Jackson, MS;
three sisters: Reygan Guerrero and Cameron Guerrero of Jonesboro, and Ranesha Cook of Greenville, MS;
Grandparents: Judy and Michael Burns, Sr, Gary Cook, Sr, and David and Caprice Cox, all of Blytheville;
Godparents: Perry and Renea' Davis ;
Pastors Raymond and Mary Golphin;
and many other family members, friends and church members.
Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 until 7 at Carney Funeral Home in Blytheville.
Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 2:00 at Frontline Family Outreach Ministries, with Pastor Raymond Golphin officiating.
