Gregory “Greg” Dale Mann, 52, of Gosnell passed away at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville on Friday, October 21, 2022. He was born in Portland, IN, to Jack Leon Mann and Mildred (Futtrell) Mann on July 27, 1970. He graduated from a Christian high school in Caruthersville MO. He attended the vo-tech at MCCC and received his CDL license.
Greg worked at Phoenix Metals as a supervisor for 13 years. He was known to be an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, drag racing, riding his 4-wheeler and his motorcycle. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family, especially his grandsons who were his pride and joy. He was affectionately known as “PeePaw.”
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Leon Mann, and his grandparents: Paul and Cora Mann and Albert and Ina Futrell.
Greg is survived by his loving wife, Jena Johnson Mann, of Gosnell, AR; four children: Elizabeth (Dean) Foster, of Blytheville, AR; Zachary (Tayla) Mann of Jonesboro, AR; Hannah Mann of Gosnell, AR; and Cody (Hayleigh) Mann of Armorel, AR; his grandsons: Brantley Doss, Lincoln Foster, and Korbyn Wright; his mother, Mildred (Mann) Risner and stepfather, Larry Risner, of Hayti, MO; two brothers: Gary (Cindy) Mann, of Gosnell, AR and Dan Mann of Gosnell, AR; his sister: Teresa (Paul) Sanders of Fair Dealing, MO; his nieces: Candise Evans, of Blytheville, AR, Elizabeth (Zachary) Lemke of Blytheville, AR, and Candice (Rush) Pate, of Houston, TX; his In-Laws: Kenneth King and Judy King, of Salem, IL; his best friends: “partners in crime”, Chris Cherry and Ronnie Womack of Gosnell, AR, and James Karr of Ash Flat, AR; his Phoenix family, as well as a host of other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Carney Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Hyde, officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at Carney Funeral Home Chapel at 1501 Byrum Rd., Blytheville, AR. Burial will follow at Dry Bayou Cemetery located in Hayti, MO.
