Obituary

James Everett Sprague, age 91, of Russellville, passed away on February 26, 2023.

James was a devoted Christian who loved his Lord and his family. As he grew weaker, one of his last prayers was for the Lord to come and take him Home. He was ready.

James was born in Wyoming and grew up in Breckenridge, Colorado. He met his beloved wife Patty in Chicago. He worked many years in Texas as a general contractor. He enjoyed hunting & fishing through the years, some of his favorite times were working in the yard and spending time with his beloved Patty.

James is survived by his loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews, and they loved him as well. A jack of all trades and could do anything.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah “Patty” Sprague; parents, Everett and Hazel Sprague.
