Mr. Jasper L. Winter, Jr, 80, of Gosnell, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 13, 2015 at St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. He was born at O'Donnell Bend, AR on June 24, 1934 to Jasper L. Winter, Sr and Cora Betts Winter.
Mr. Winter farmed for many years before going to work for Kroger, where he retired. He loved to fish, dance, and just have fun. He enjoyed music and had a band in his younger years. His family said that he was a good man, and a great dad. He made peace with the Lord before his death. He was easy going and will very much missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Joe Winter, a grandson, Christopher Morris, and a great-granddaughter, Kyleigh Soto.
