Kimberlee Helms Bugos-Stevens

Kimberlee Helms Bugos-Stevens, 51, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born in Blytheville on September 2, 1965 to Garfield Helms and Reba Crotts Helms. She was a member of Clear Lake Baptist Church.

Kimberlee was a graduate of Armorel High School where she was a cheerleader and a member of the Future Homemakers of America. After high school, she attended and graduated from Miss Wade's Fashion and Modeling School in Dallas, Texas, where she majored in Fashion Merchandising.

She always wanted to look good when she went out. She always had her make-up on perfectly. She loved red lipstick. Also, she enjoyed working in the garden among pretty flowers, and she didn't mind pulling the grass to keep the garden looking nice. She visited cemeteries on Memorial Day to put flowers on the graves of her loved ones. Her favorite hobby was making jewelry. She was very proud of her creations, and she gave most of it away because she enjoyed making people happy.

Kimberlee loved going to church, reading her Bible, and marking favorite passages in it. Her family said that she was full of life, never sat down, and had a heart of gold. She cared about everyone and always put others before herself.

She is survived by two sons: Matthew Lee Bugos (and Samantha Plavec) of Fort Collins, Colorado; Michael Patrick Bugos (and Holly Haynes) of Jonesboro, AR; One daughter: Mary Elizabeth Fugate (and Bennie) of Chicago, Illinois; Four grandchildren: Taylor, Karsen, and Daxton Fugate of Chicago, Illinois, and Colton Bugos of Fort Collins, Colorado; Her mother: Reba Helms of Blytheville; One brother: Frank Helms (and Donna) of Blytheville; Three sisters: Bobbie Jean Jacoby (and David), Angelia Crowe (and Charles), and Teresa Cannon (and Ronald), all of Blytheville.
