Levester Thomas Strong

Levester Thomas Strong, Sr., 64, of Blytheville died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.
Mr. Strong was a tow truck driver and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Carter Temple C.M.E. and the Harrisonites, Inc.

He is survived by three sons: Shawn Rainer, Lester Rainer and Michael Ranier all of Blytheville; thirteen grandchildren, and one very special friend, Shirley M. Furlow of Blytheville.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and a sister.

Visitation will be Friday, August 6 at Carney Funeral Home, from 5 to 7 pm.

Funeral services are tentatively set for Saturday, August 7, 11:00 AM at Carter Temple C.M.E. with Rev. Freeman McKindria and Rev. Kelan Motton officiating.

Burial will be in Carney Cemetery.
