Otha Kennedy Obituary

Otha Fay Kennedy, 83, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at his home in Gosnell.

Otha was born to Olie and Daisy (Maddox) Kennedy on August 8, 1935.

He was self-employed, working as a carpenter most of his life.

Otha was preceded in death by both parents; his brother, Jimmy Lee Kennedy; and daughter, Dana Lisenby.

He is survived by two sons, Donny (Carole) Kennedy of Blytheville and Randy (Elaine) Kennedy of Gosnell; a daughter, Lisa (Alex) Smith of Spring Hope, NC; a son-in-law, Greg Lisenby of Spring Hope, NC; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of other friends and family.

Visitation and services will be from 12-2 p.m. Wednesday at Carney Funeral Home in Blytheville.

Carney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
