Samuel Lee Fountain

Samuel Lee Fountain, 59, of Blytheville, passed away suddenly on December 7, 2023. He was born in Osceola AR on May 11, 1964, to Rosalee Watkins and Stephen Fountain.

Samuel was a painter by trade. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen, and Rosalee Fountain; his wife Marie Muphy Fountain; and his brother, Stephen Fountain.

He is survived by his loving friend Teresa Collins, of Gosnell; one son, Jason and Briah Fountain, of Blytheville; Two daughters, Misty and Brandy Fountain, of Blytheville; Nine Grandchildren, one brother, Jack Fountain, of New Orleans, Louisiana; Three sisters, Sonya Fountain, of Texas; Angie Faulkner, of Tennessee; Lisa Riggs, of Louisiana; and many other family and friends that will miss him.
